Psalm 31:21 - Blessed be the L-rd

Blessed be the LORD, for he has wondrously shown his steadfast love to me when I was in a besieged city. - Psalm 31:21(22h)

Transliterated:

Barukh Adonai ki hifli chasdo li, be'ir matzor.

Grammatical Notes:

בָּרוּךְ (barukh) is the qal passive participle masculine singular form of בּרךְ (to bless, kneel), from berekh, meaning knee: Blessed.
הִפְלִיא (hifli) is the hiphil perfect 3rd person masculine singular from פָּלָא (be marvelous, wonderful). In the Hiphil this verb means "to cause a wonderful thing to happen."
חַסְדּוֹ (chasdo) is the 3rd person masc singular construct of חֶסֶד (kindness, lovingkindness, mercy): his steadfast love.
בְּעִיר מָצוֹר (be'ir matzor) comes from 'ir (city) and matzor, which comes from צוּר (tzur), to bind or beseige: in a beseiged city.
